We are two young entrepreneurs guided by our Catholic faith and people-first mindset to provide a solution to the housing crisis American families face today. Our goal is to provide high-quality, move-in-ready homes with honest and neighborly service to give each person who lives in our homes their own slice of the American dream.

Recognizing the financial strain families face amid rising costs, we refused to watch young families get priced out of safe, reliable housing. Thus, we set out on our mission to shift the perspective of home renting away from the properties and towards the people.

As Co-Founder and Director of Operations, Elliott leads property management and tenant services at EZ Living Co. A Kansas State University business student, he is dedicated to delivering a seamless, dependable rental experience.
Co-Founder, Director of Finances
Zach Jaworski
Zach co-founded EZ Living Co. to lead capital strategy and property acquisition. Currently studying finance and economics at Kansas State University, he applies a focused approach to provide families with dependable, well-maintained homes at an honest value.
